As part of criterion 8.2, E-waste management, the e-waste management template must be completed and submitted by 31 August each year.

The e-waste management template covers all markets where certified products are sold. Reported data should cover all markets globally during the previous calendar year for each certified product. This applies until one year after the certificate expires.

When reporting on production volume, brand owners have the option to either provide data for each product model separately or submit a combined total for each product category. The completed e-waste management template must be submitted to one of our approved verifiers by 31 August. The verifier will then evaluate and upload the completed template to TCO Certified Portal. You can check the status of the template in the “SRM” section of the portal.
